Founded in 2003, View Outdoor Advertising has been a leading outdoor signage company by providing long-lasting advertising solutions and building relationships with clients throughout the US. The View Outdoor Advertising brand represents a new view on advertising, where we pride ourselves on continuing to build brands through innovative advertising services.

Pete Schroeder
President
Pete graduated from Indiana University in 1980 with a BS in Business. He has been a part of the outdoor advertising industry for over 40 years. 35 years have been with Whiteco/View Outdoor. As president of View, Pete oversees all operations in both Northwest Indiana, Chicago, View Florida as well as View Connect our newly formed digital on-line company.
Prior to returning to Whiteco in 2005, Pete was vice president of real estate for a start up signage company based out of Denver, CO called Prime Outdoor Group. Over the years, Pete has been involved in all aspects of the outdoor signage business including local sales, real estate and operations.
Pete believes in the art of local sales and coaches his staff on the importance of building relationships with customers; never losing site that outdoor is and will always be a main street business.
Katie Parkes
Vice President of Sales and Operations
Katie Parkes, after a very successful retail management career, joined the Whiteco/View organization as a key employee with Profile Systems, which specialized in wireless energy management solutions for HVAC/Lighting systems. When an opportunity arose to join View Outdoor, Katie saw it as a great time to join an aggressive and growing company.
Initially managing the operations with only the Indiana assets, Katie now handles all operations with regards to Indiana, Chicago, Florida and oversees the View graphics department.
For Katie it is of upmost importance that all three plants are running efficiently while partnering with the greatest vendors and contactors in our industry to provide our clients with the best experience in outdoor.
Michael Schroeder
Vice President/Real Estate
Michael Schroeder is from Northwest Indiana where he grew up his whole life. Michael’s college years were spent at Lewis where he played baseball and was lucky enough to play professionally after college. After 5 years of trying to find the right career working for major corporations like Uber as an account manager and Vivid Seats as a sales rep, Michael was offered the opportunity to work for a small business with big success at View Outdoor LLC. Since then Michael has moved to Lakeland, FL and it has been a great opportunity where he looks forward to help build a successful outdoor company.

Originally from Inverness, Florida, I earned my B.S. in Marketing Management from Florida State University and my M.B.A. from the University of South Florida. I’ve been in the outdoor industry for 26 years, starting as an intern with Lamar in 1999 and advancing through various leadership roles across several markets. I love the Out of Home industry for its unique ability to connect with people wherever they are, and I’m passionate about helping customers of all sizes. Now living in Ocala, Florida with my wife and two daughters, I enjoy movies, traveling, history, reading, and sports like football, golf, and baseball.
Sherri McComb
Operations and Leasing Assistant
Sherri attended IUN with a focus on American History and graduated in 1980 from Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, FL. She then worked in the banking industry for many years in the Customer Services/Bookkeeping Departments, as a Title 1 Math/Reading Tutor in the school system and as a receptionist for Whiteco Industries before she joined the View Outdoor team. She also manages all clerical/bookkeeping responsibilities for McComb Masonry.
Sherri has worn many hats for View Outdoor. Even though her primary focus is assisting our Operations and Leasing departments she is well versed in all departments and always multi-tasking to help sales, creative, accounting, and everyone in between.
Greg Hubbard
Senior Account Manager
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee. After a 29-year career in sales and purchasing with Spectrum Reach and U.S. Foods, I recently transitioned into the outdoor industry. I now live in Lakeland, Florida, where I enjoy fishing, boating, hunting, snow skiing, and supporting my daughters’ athletic pursuits. Balancing family life and outdoor adventures keeps me energized both personally and professionally.
Ashlea Ganey
Account Executive
Ashlea was born and raised in Mulberry, Florida. She spent 8 years in Tennessee where she got a Diploma as Accounting Assistant in Administrative Office Technology at Tennessee College of Applied Technology. She moved back home to Florida in 2021, where she came across the Account Executive position at View Florida and was thrilled at the idea of helping Business owners and their ideas come to life on the large scale of Out of Home Advertising. She hasn't looked back!

Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, I graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. degree in Business Management. I’ve spent the past six years in the outdoor advertising industry, building relationships first with Lamar Outdoor Advertising after a career in automotive finance. I love the Out of Home industry because of the incredible people I meet and the lasting connections I make—plus, you can never turn a billboard off! I still live in Ocala with my husband, daughter, and two stepkids, and we love spending our weekends together at Disney.
